OUR ORDERING PROCESS
DESIGN
Contact us via enquiry form or email with a high quality image of your logo/design attached.

We will need some basic information such as:

Quantity
-
Colour
-
Size
-
Backing*
*Only applies to badges. The backing options are: Standard sew on, Iron On & Velcro (loop and/or hook).
DEADLINE
Many people require their bespoke items to be done for a specific event.
​
Our standard production time is 10 working days.
​
Anything shorter than 10 working days you will need to call us ASAP.
​
QUOTE
We will send you a quote based on all of the information you have sent to us.
​
We can add or remove items and designs while you are in the quoting stage.
​
This will remain a quote until you are ready to go ahead with the order.
APPROVE
Once you approve the quote via email or telephone we will then need you to approve the artwork.
​
We will not start production until the artwork is approved.
​
Please keep an eye on your emails for the attachment.
PRODUCTION
Your items are now in production!
​
If you've requested anything embroidered then we will send you a photograph of your sample via email.
​
Once you're happy with the sample let us know and we will continue with your order.
