Cancellations & Returns

Items Already Customised or in Process of Customisation

Any job can be cancelled at any time, however, cancellations will incur charges if we have commenced or completed the confirmed job. Usually these charges will be the full cost of the order, though each case will be looked at individually. Goods must be clean and returned in their original packaging.

 

Items Not Customised

These orders can be cancelled at any time. If we have already ordered in your garments or started making the product ordered, then there will be a re-stocking charge of 25% for items supplied by our warehouse or the charge of a blank item if we have started/completed making the product. The goods, if already despatched, must be returned within 14 days of receipt and not have been used, spoiled or damaged in any way. Goods must be clean and returned in their original packaging.

Returns

All returns must be brought to our attention, within 7 days of receipt, upon which we will supply a returns number. No goods can be returned without a returns number.

We do not accept the return of any items that have been customised, used, soiled or spoilt or been altered in any way from what we have supplied.

Returns carriage charges will not be refunded unless previously agreed.
