5. Regular or metallic embroidery thread is used, not specialist e.g. fire retardant or glow in the dark.
6. Size - if your design isn't feasible for the size you want then we will advise and refund if necessary.

b) Advising of colours of thread and fabric colour for background.
c) Advising us of any other detail that you feel we should know.
Price includes: Designs up to 9 colours. All set-up charges. Artwork for approval. VAT & Delivery are extra.
