Please read the following to learn more about how we collect, store, use and disclose information about you when you interact with us or use our websites. This applies to all products and services, and instances where we collect your personal data.


What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information that we gather when you are accessing or using our website or services or when you contact us in any manner. We gather various types of information, including information that identifies you as an individual (“Personal Information”) from our users, as explained in more detail below.

What information does Badge Design collect?

Information You Provide to Us:

When you use the websites: We may collect any Personal Information that you choose to send to us or provide to us, for example, on our "General Enquiry Form " or "Music Stand Banners Enquiry Form" or if you sign up to our newsletters by entering your email into the footer of the website. If you contact us through the website, we will keep a record of our correspondence.

When you use our services: We receive and store information you provide directly to us. For example, when setting up new customer, we collect Personal Information, such as name and e-mail address, to provide them with our embroidery services. The types of information we may collect directly from our customers and their users include: names, usernames, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, job titles, transactional information (including items/services purchased), as well as any other contact or other information they choose to provide us or upload to our systems in connection with our services.

Information We Automatically Collect:

When you use the websites: When you visit the websites, we collect certain information related to your device, such as your device’s IP address, referring website, what pages your device visited, and the time that your device visited our Website.

When you use/ look for our services: Information collected by cookies - We use various websites to enhance you user experience, promote our products and track our statistics. We use technologies such as Google Analytics & Google AdWords Advertising to collect information which may include saving cookies to users’ computers.

How do we use the information?

Websites: We will use the information we collect via our websites:

* To administer our website, our events and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, statistical and survey purposes;

* To improve our Website to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;

If Badge Design has received your Personal Information in the United Kingdom and subsequently transfers that information to a third party agent or service provider for processing, Badge Design shall remain responsible for ensuring that such third party agent or service provider processes your Personal Information to the standard required by our Privacy Shield commitments. Some cookies we use are based in the United States of America and will require some of your information. Unless we tell you differently and you consent, our agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. 

Business Transfers: We may choose to buy or sell assets, and may share and/or transfer customer information in connection with the evaluation of and entry into such transactions. Also, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

Maby Group LTD is the Parent Company T/A Badge Design: We may also share your personal data with our Sister companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. This will only happen if the services/products required can only be completed by using items in another establishment that we co-own.

Protection of Badge Design and Others: We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our agreements with you and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Badge Design, our employees, our users, or others.

Disclosures for National Security or Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Information in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Is Personal Information about me secure?

We use appropriate technical, organisational and administrative security measures to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Unfortunately, no company or service can guarantee complete security. There will be immediate action taken if the following occurs: Unauthorised entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

Our Websites and some of our Services use cookies (small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters that we put on your computer) to uniquely identify your browser and to gather information about how you interact with the our websites and Services. We use this information for the following purposes:

Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Websites, what pages they visit and what other sites they used prior to visiting. We are responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does apply to, the privacy practices of :, &  All companies are co-owned and are sister companies in which Maby Group LTD are directly involved in. We may use printing & clothing services from any which company if Badge Design cannot fulfil an order. The linked Sites will not collect any more information than stated in this Privacy Policy. We do not link any sites to our website that aren't within our administrative control.


We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us Personal Information, please contact us on 0117 9525856.

Will Badge Design ever change this Privacy Policy?

We’re constantly trying to improve our websites and services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well. We will alert you to material changes by, for example, placing a notice on our Websites and/or by sending you an email (if you have registered your e-mail details with us & accepted contact) when we are required to do so by applicable law.
