Badge Making (in the UK!)

We provide high quality badges of all different kinds, to all sorts of clubs, teams, schools and special occasions, e.g hen nights, birthdays and weddings (names or words on gowns or hanker chiefs). You give us a picture or design or even just an idea and we will make you a sample, get your approval and get it sorted quickly.

Using the latest technologies we are able to produce LOW COST BADGES.Badges can be created as sew-on, iron on or have Velcro backing. We are the Applique specialist and can provide the solution to producing that full colour logo at very competetive prices



Quantities

NO MINIMUM QUANTITIES. This means you can come back to us for top-ups should you need a few more at a later date. This is because we make them here and DO NOT OUTSOURCE and because we make them here you get a SUPERFAST delivery.

However, the more you want the cheaper the price becomes and the quicker you want them the more the price.



Embroidered Badges

Wire/Metal Badges

Again here in the UK we can even make your wire badges. This is a highly specialist job as these are hand embroidered. A skill that very, very few embroiderers can offer.

Hand embroidery is time consuming and wire thread is not cheap therefore it can not be rushed and it is significantly more expensive than ordinary machine embroidery, so every job will be quoted on individually.

Samples

We recommend you always get a sample to approve, but understand that you don't always have time for this. If you require a sample and then decline to go through with the order our fee will be £20 + vat for the sample plus whatever the digitization charge is, should we need to create a digitization.

For completed orders of over 100 the digitization is FREE and the sample is charged at the same price as the others. We are happy to quote for preparing artwork to create your digitised logo if you haven't yet got something developed. Click here to make an enquiry.



Backings

You have a choice of backings

1) Just standard fusing - no additional cost. These are ready to sew on.

2) Iron - on + 40p per badge. You can heat apply these, but beware of the longevity of the heat seal backing! Reduces to 10p per badge based on quantity. Please download and follow our guidelines for applying iron on badges below.

3) Velcro +50p per badge if only one form (male or female) needed +75p per badge if both male and female required. Reduces to 10p per badge based on quantity

4) Felt or Velvet material backing - +50p per badge reducing to 10p based on quantity.

Printed Badges

Sometimes the badge you require is just too small to support a good quality embroidery, so we will sublimation print the artwork onto a fabric badge which has over-locked edging.

Printed and Embroidered Badges

Sometimes it is more economical to get exactly what you want via a mix of print and embroidery, e.g. you want a badge with a specific background colour that is not available in the badge fabric, but you don't want to have to pay for the embroidery to infill. So we will print the background and then embroider the logo on to that. Simples!! Click here to make an enquiry

Blank Badges
